Main metros
Provinces
Not in a major city? No problem. We also onboard owner drivers in smaller towns and along intercity routes — many of our best partners run deliveries between Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. There is nationwide demand and room for an urgent driver with own car needed right across South Africa.
Owner driver questions
The things drivers ask us most before getting started.
How much can an owner driver earn?
As an owner driver you earn per delivery, so your income depends on how many jobs you complete and the distances involved. Short local deliveries pay the least, medium runs pay more, and long intercity trips pay the most. Active drivers completing a solid workload each day typically earn a good weekly income before fuel. The more you drive, the more you earn.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes — this is an owner driver role, so you use your own vehicle. We accept bakkies, cars, motorbikes, and vans. Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy, insured, and registered in your name or a close family member's name.
How do I get paid?
You are paid every Friday via EFT for the deliveries you completed the previous Monday to Sunday. You can track your earnings in real time in the driver app, and there is no long holdback on your money.
What can I deliver?
Everything from documents and small parcels to bulkier items, depending on your vehicle. Cars and motorbikes are great for documents and small parcels, while bakkies and vans handle larger loads, pallets, and intercity freight. You choose the jobs that suit your vehicle and your day.
