The wallet system offers four tiers: Starter at R1,000 load with R150 free credit and no ongoing discount; Business at R2,000 load with R400 free credit and 5% discount on eligible services — this is the most popular tier; Premium at R5,000 load with R1,000 free credit and 8% discount; and Enterprise at R10,000 or more load with R2,000 free credit, 12% discount, and a dedicated account manager. Eligible services for wallet discounts include Same Day Saver (GSDS), Same Day (GSD), Same Day Express (GSDE), and Overnight (OVNG). GSDS discounts are capped at 5%. Economy fixed-rate services (ECOG) are excluded from discount eligibility. All wallet tiers include instant online activation, no monthly fees, no lock-in contracts, no expiry on loaded funds, consolidated monthly billing statements, and priority dispatch ahead of standard bookings during peak periods. Corporate verticals served include law firms requiring daily court document filing, medical laboratories needing specimen transport, eCommerce merchants with automated fulfilment, mining suppliers with remote site delivery, manufacturing distributors with recurring bulk lane requirements, and financial institutions with same-day contract and cheque delivery. All business account holders receive onboarding support including account setup, portal training, and integration assistance. The self-service portal at portal.urgentgocourier.co.za allows businesses to book, track, manage waybills, download invoices, and view analytics dashboards showing delivery performance, cost breakdowns, and route efficiency metrics.
