This is the UrgentGo Courier re-crawl tool. Every time a page on this site is published or updated, its address is submitted here so search engines are told the content has changed. Google, Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver all accept these notifications, and a submission usually means a page is re-crawled within hours instead of waiting for a scheduled visit.
Three things are tracked: which URLs are waiting to be resubmitted, which ones have already been sent, and whether the last submission succeeded. The history is stored in your browser, so the panel below shows the time and result of the most recent run for each list.
A submission is a notification, not a guarantee. It tells the search engine that a URL is worth another look; whether the page is crawled and indexed stays entirely with the search engine. If you are looking for a delivery instead, you can book a collection or track a parcel.
